Cost & Registration

The New York / New England retreat registration costs $85.00. This does not include housing and food costs. Housing costs $160.00 a room for the two nights of the retreat and a room can sleep up to 4 students (dividing the cost among themselves) in two double beds. Rooms must be reserved separately. Details can be found below. The accommodations include a continental breakfast, but you will be on your own for all other food.

Conference check-in begins at 8:00 PM of Friday, February 15 and the first session begins at 10:00 PM. The retreat will end at 12:00 PM on Sunday, February 17.

Instructions for Registration

There are two steps in registering for this retreat.
1) Download the registration and liability forms and fill them out. Send the forms, along with your check for $85.00 made out to CACMB, to:

Note: After February 8, the registration cost increases by $25.00 to a total of $110.00

2) You must make a housing reservation with the UMass Conference Center. Rooms cost $80.00 per night ($160.00 for the full conference). Up to 4 students can be housed in a room, so this cost can be divided among 4 (or less) if you decide to share a room. Rooms must be reserved by February 1, 2008. To make a reservation call 413-549-6000, ext 7714. Tell them you are with the Chi Alpha Conference, or Block #2127, to access the rooms that have been set aside for us. Your check in will be 3:00 PM on Friday and checkout is 11:00 AM on Sunday. You will need a credit card to make the reservation.

Note: You can register after February 1, but room availability and rates will not be guaranteed.
